An agreement between you and HOTELI online hotel reservations

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, they will assist you in understanding your responsibilities and rights when using the services offered by this site. Hoteli.org*, here after referred to as "HOTELI", provides these services to you, the customer, under the stipulation that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not intend to abide by these terms and conditions then you are engaging in the use of this site at your "own risk" and HOTELI can not be held liable.

General Terms & Conditions

HOTELI acts as a consolidator for hotel partners which supply services to this site, your final contract is between you and the hotel. You are therefore subject to their terms and conditions regarding cancellation policies. HOTELI strongly advises you to read their terms before proceeding with your purchase.

When making a contract with a hotel partner your credit card details and other essential booking details may be passed on to that hotel. By making a purchase with a credit card, you are consenting for us to pass on such details. The credit card that you use in making any purchase must expressly be your own or one which you are legally authorised to use.

Currency rates and costs related to foreign products are subject to fluctuation and HOTELI is not liable for the accuracy of rates at any particular time.

All rates, unless clearly stated otherwise on the website (for example in case of a package), are per room per night.

If, after making a reservation, there are any changes in your details relating to your purchase you are responsible for informing the Hotel and HOTELI within a reasonable amount of time, via email, telephone or via fax.

Complaints of any kind can only be accepted in writing within a period of one month after original departure date of the reservation.

Personal and non-commercial use

This site is strictly for private, non-commercial use. You may not use this site and subsequent content for any illegal purpose. In addition, you may not reproduce, modify, publish, copy, distribute, transfer, display or sell any information, software or services derived from this site, without the express written permission of HOTELI.

Liability Disclaimer

HOTELI attempts to ensure the accuracy of information available on this site at all times. However, HOTELI do not assume or guarantee that all information is up-to-date or fault free. HOTELI will endeavour to correct any errors or omissions as quickly as possible after being notified, but can not accept liability for any errors or omissions. Furthermore, HOTELI reserve the right to amend any agreements made, if the original information supplied by a hotel partner or affiliate partner was incorrect at the date of publication.

HOTELI does not take responsibility for goods and services offered by us as consolidators for hotel partners or for any aspect of the external relationship between you and that hotel partner. HOTELI does not accept liability for any loss, or damages incurred as a result of a purchase from this site or use of this site. HOTELI does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on 'availability', quality or performance of products and services provided on this site or on sites of other affiliate partners using the BOOKINGS database and reservation system.

Although HOTELI makes effort to protect the site from infection by viruses or anything else that may have destructive or damaging properties, HOTELI does not provide any warranty or guarantee.

In regards to liability for death or personal injury, HOTELI shall be liable for direct loss arising out of the use of this site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, up to the maximum of the total value of the transaction to which the claim arises. This liability statement applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Modification of Terms

HOTELI reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any terms, conditions and notices under which this site is offered. Any changes made will be officially dated and shall therefore not effect any action or claim initiated prior to the date of said changes.

Governing Laws

This agreement is subject to the governing laws of the Rebublic of Bulgaria. You hereby agree to consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts in all disputes arising from the use of this website.

Copyright Laws

The artwork, related programs, scripts and intellectual property are the copyrighted property of HOTELI. None of the contents included on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express advance written permission of Boekingspunt Nederland BV.
